Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, website, role, products, customers, order value, email platform, and message. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your request.

How information is handled

Inquiry information is sent to the delivery provider configured by Kokomatic. We do not sell personal information. Access should be limited to people who need it to respond to inquiries and operate the service.

Scheduling and external services

If you use a booking link, the scheduling provider’s privacy terms apply. Links to external services are provided for convenience; their data practices are controlled by those providers.

Analytics and cookies

This V1 includes a vendor-neutral analytics hook but no analytics provider or advertising cookies by default. If analytics or other tracking is enabled, this policy and any consent controls should be updated for the actual tools and jurisdictions involved.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and operational purposes. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable obligations.
